It's that time of the year again! Thanksgiving! Christmas! New Years!
It's always around this time that God asks me to make a choice - to either continue being depressed, or to focus on Him and His joy. Around October, I start getting a bit down - the weather is turning cold, the days are getting shorter, and work usually ramps up (trying to finish things before the end of the year). Thank God there are so many amazing holidays (well, American holidays anyways) during this time period. The holidays remind me that He's my rock, my glory, the lifter of my hands.
