The Church is a wedge. It's a spark.
Last Friday, I attended a Hillsong concert in the middle of Shanghai, China. Pause and reflect on that for just a second - a concert for an Assemblies of God Pentecostal church worship band in the largest, most culturally influential city in the world's largest communist nation.
And it wasn't just ex-pats attending the concert. It was a beautiful blend of locals and ex-pats gathering to praise the King of Kings in spirit and in truth.
I am incredibly privileged to be in the midst of revival, to be in the front lines and witnessing the beginnings of Kingdom culture here in China - Holy Spirit cannot and will not be denied.
The wedge will drive deeper. And the spark will ignite hearts. I can't wait. Come, Lord Jesus!
